Today is the day — Owen’s tryout for the Silverlake Elementary Talent Show.
Sitting in the Grapevine City Council workshop on the Community Activity Center Feasibility Study. Grateful to Councilman Chris Coy, the only council member with young children, for speaking about amenities for young families, like aquatics including a lazy river or slides for the youngest Grapevine residents.
No discussion on expanding the Thursday $1 fee “free play” of the north gym, which is not appropriate for children older than toddler age or the childcare center which currently is appointment based only.
