Doubting Kathleen

I got the text an hour and twenty minutes ago, from my personal news and weather service pal:

“Hot rumor: Arlen Spector is switching parties.”

I didn’t believe. I wrote back, “No way!”

And now I am a believer. With Sen. Al Franken, we have a filibuster proof majority of 60. Here comes affordable healthcare, cleaner air and much more.
