Pen Pal’s Response

This is the lovely letter I just received from my pen pal in Sierra Leone:

Dear Kathleen Thompson,

How are you. I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Monjama.

I am in class 3.

I am attending Zenith International Academy.

I am a girl.

I am nine years old.

I am short in height.

I am dark in complection.

I’m so very happy to write this letter to you.

My favorite colours are yellow green red pink orange pruple and mauve.

I want to see you and your family picture.

I love to see butterflys flying I love butterflys because it has many colours. I love rainbows because it has many colours.

I want you to be my mum.

My birthday is January 10th Saturday or Sunday.

Jesus loves you always so don’t be afred.”
