Line 16
Owen is on line 16 of 50 - “I will be nice to all people.” He spit on Hale when I left them alone this morning. Since Hale’s birth, he’s hit Hale, bit Hale and now spit on him. For a few moments I considered taking Owen to the woods and leaving him for our Grapevine coyotes. Still in the realm of possibility.

Letter to the White House
Just wrote my first letter to the White House, to the “Greetings Office” and included Baby Hale’s Valentine announcement. Hope the staff can read my hand writing.
We did not send for a congratulatory letter for Owen from the White House, but instead wrote to Sen. John Kerry, our man in November 2004. I need to get the letter he/his staff wrote back framed. One of these days.

Valentine's Day Preparations
Today we bought Jeremy’s Valentine’s Day present and Owen is dying to blab. He is bad with secrets. I made Hale’s announcement valentine since we never did an announcement card. It’s precious. But I will tease you and not show you until next week.
Owen’s school party is next Friday. Homemade non-candy cards/crafts only. I love Montessori.
